The Education Technical Assistance Specialist will provide high quality training and technical assistance to early childhood care and education providers and teachers enrolled as participants in CARD community programs and research studies.   The incumbent will conduct classroom observations, identify professional development goals in collaboration with early childhood teachers, identify and deliver evidence-based strategies and interventions, provide consultation and coaching to teachers, deliver trainings and workshops, and evaluate program outcomes through assessment and progress monitoring.   This position may take on additional responsibilities such as project coordination, material and resource development/preparation, and data coding and/or analysis.

The experienced Electroencephalographic (EEG) Technician Icompletes EEG studies in the inpatient Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and in the outpatient Sleep Electroencephalographic (EEG) Clinic. This position will perform Continuous Electroencephalographic (cEEG) monitoring; evaluations; and data analysis of patients with seizures. This staff member will edit and archive EEG video data; ensure proper documentation; provide technical assistance; follow protocols; review data; write reports; engage in training; and maintains databases, equipment, the technical environment, and laboratory inventory. The incumbent will also explain procedures to be performed in a manner that is age appropriate and understandable to patients and their family.   Qualified applicants must be enrolled in or have graduated from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic Technologist (NDT) program.  Qualified applicants must have one (1) year of clinical experience performing EEG technician duties required.   *This is a night shift position.  $1500 hiring incentive available    

The Executive Assistant will assure/provide necessary administrative support to the Department Director and to the faculty and staff at the Broadway location. The Executive Assistant will monitor the dictation system for the Sr. Vice President of the Behavioral Psychology Department. This employee will also oversee the activities of the department administrative staff to assure faculty needs are being met.

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support to the Assistant Vice President/Executive Director (AVP/ED) of PACT.   The incumbent will manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communication from external and internal sources, maintain confidential and privileged information, construct and disseminate organizational communications with the voice and confidence of the AVP/ED, serve as a liaison with central Institute services for operational/site needs and requirements of PACT, and organize and maintain the administrative operations for the AVP/ED.    ***This position is on-site, there is not a hybrid or remote option at this time.

The Financial Clearance Team Leader serves as the lead verification specialist for team-designated responsibilities and tasks. The Financial Clearance Team Leader will provide support and assistance to a team of Insurance Verification Specialists (IVSs) and share knowledge formally and informally in both individual and group instruction. This position will serve as a resource to their IVS Team for special insurance verification cases and for gaining insurance clearance in difficult situations. 

The Help Desk Associate provides prompt and efficient front line support for customers of the Information Systems (IS) department at the Institute. The incumbent is responsible for answering, logging, and tracking calls placed to the Institute’s phone support line; resolving problems or questions related to IS applications supported by the IS department; and providing maintenance of user accounts on the PC network and other applicable systems.
