Deadline April 30, 2024    This Post-Master of Psychiatric Social Work (MSW) Fellowship is a two-year program that includes full-time employment with benefits while receiving training in evidence-based models of therapy, supervision/mentorship, and practice providing direct patient care. The Clinical Services Coordinator I will provide support related to patient services in an assigned area. The majority of this position’s work product is directly related to the delivery of patient services, and is focused on providing day-to-day physician and clinic support to meet the needs of the program, clinic, and patients served. The incumbent is focused on gathering, maintaining, coordinating, and exchanging health information related to the ongoing care and treatment of patient served in the clinic, program, or department.

Providing mental health therapy to young children. Visits might be in the community, in the clinic at Fairmount or via telehealth.The Clinical Social Worker I provides social work mental health services onsite, via telehealth, and/or in community-based settings to a wide range of clients from birth to adulthood. Primary clinical responsibility will be children with mental health needs as well as caregivers/parents of patients. The incumbent may supervise social work trainees and is responsible for providing consultation to other team members as needed

The Clinical Social Worker II provides attachment-based and trauma-informed infant and early childhood mental health services onsite in classroom-based setting, via telehealth, in the home, and/or other community locations to children and families participating in all components of the Early Childhood Education programs. This includes covering all programs at the Tudsbury location and  collaboration with personnel at the Southeast Early Head Start program. The incumbent will provide programmatic support, consultation to other team members, and improve families’ access to multi-disciplinary specialists and other community resources as needed. This position will demonstrate leadership in clinical services; assist department leadership with training, program development, and other special projects contributing to the quality and growth of the department; and may also be responsible for performance improvement and program evaluation activities. The incumbent may supervise licensed graduate social workers and social work interns as needed.

Outpatient Spina Bifida Program - Offering $10,000 sign-on bonus.   We are interviewing Social Workers (LCSW-C), to work with pediatric and adult patients and families in our Spina Bifida Program. Patients receive initial evaluations and follow-up services from collaborating professionals. Social workers focus on psychosocial aspects of treatment of the whole patient. Social work services include assessment and interventions, coordination of care, resource finding and linkage, supporting the patient and family in understanding and adjusting to team recommendations and providing risk assessments/safety plans to patients that screen positive on a suicide screening.
