The SLP-I will provide speech and language services to a varied population of students in a full day non-public setting or public-private partnership setting. The SLP-I will implement and document the services as outlined in the IEP of each student, addressing the needs of students, their families, and any impact the student’s speech and language disability has on his/her ability to derive educational benefit; maintain records to comply with specified standards; and participate in intra- and interdisciplinary training and meetings.  

Tthe Supervisor, Care Center will oversee and operate all Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) Care Center systems in an efficient and productive manner, and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all Care Center Specialists. The incumbent will interact with patients, families, clinicians, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner, with an emphasis placed on adhering to high standards of customer service and accurate execution of all job duties.

The Supervisor, Patient Services supervises all aspects of Clinical Assistant performance, intentionally conducts regular meetings with staff to foster active employee engagement, to encourage professional development and to problem solve matters based on individual circumstances. The Switchboard Operator (Receptionist) is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls on the Institute’s main switchboard, including the TTY, 800 numbers, and international calls, in a courteous and professional manner. The incumbent will provide clerical/receptionist support to the department and will be a key point of contact for external and internal customers.

Currently offering a $1,000 Hiring Incentive!   The Therapeutic Assistant I will implement instructional programs and evidence-based treatment protocols in a classroom (group, dyad, and 1:1) setting under the oversight of the Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, the MICC Teacher, or Speech-Language Pathologist. This staff member will interact with the children to encourage language, social, and self-regulatory development. The incumbent will also collect progress and treatment response data; assist with classroom organization; prepare teaching materials; and assist with parent communication and training.
