The Behavior Data Specialist(NBU Outpatient) will organize and maintain data collection and statistical analysis systems for the program; assist with behavioral assessments and program implementation; assist with research activities and staff/parent training; assume Clinical Specialist I duties in the temporary absence of such staff.

The NBU Treatment Specialist will provide oversight and feedback to Clinical Assistants in the implementation of treatment protocols as well as other behavioral and safety protocols. The Treatment Specialist will work in conjunction with behavioral teams to learn protocols and facilitate training of treatment protocols and procedures to Clinical Assistants and caregivers.
