The Administrative ServicesCoordinator I performs secretarial duties and general office work, coordinating all support services related to the approval/re-approval of foster parents and updating the TFC database with accurate and current information. The Administrative Services Coordinator I assists with preparations for annual State Licensing Reviews, and assists the Adoption Liaison as needed.
The Administrative Services Coordinator I will provide general and specific administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations within the Communication Sciences and Disorders, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy Departments.
The Administrative Services Coordinator II (Satellite) will provide a variety of administrative support services at the assigned the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) location. This position will receive packages, greet and screen employees and visitors. Responsibilities include ordering and organizing supplies, processing invoices and reimbursements; and monitoring and documenting the compliance of universal masking, physical distancing, hand hygiene, and use and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The incumbent also provides management with support to achieve operational goals and objectives through established business processes, systems, and procedures.

The Assistant Manager, Financial Clearance serves as the lead verification specialist for team designated responsibilities and tasks. The Assistant Manager, Financial Clearance provides direct supervision and leadership to a team of Insurance Verification Specialists (IVS) and share knowledge formally and informally via individual and group instruction. This position will serve as a resource to the IVS Team for special insurance verification cases and for gaining insurance clearance in difficult situations.

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP), Research Administration and Compliance to manage the oversight of all administrative activities related to research, including but not limited to sponsored projects contracting ( federal and non-federal awards), clinical trials compliance, human research protections, animal care and use, conflicts of interest and scientific misconduct.
The successful candidate will lead a staff of 20+ experienced research administration and compliance professionals. Currently organized into two offices responsible for all aspects of pre-award and post-award administration and a third office responsible for human subjects protection and other research compliance functions, the Research Administration Division is a critical component of the Kennedy Krieger mission. The new AVP will have a significant impact on the Division’s growth and be a valued member of the Kennedy Krieger team.
The AVP is expected to keep a flexible schedule combining onsite and remote work.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of research administration, regulatory, or compliance-related experience, including in a leadership role, at a hospital, university, or other research institution required. Experience with or knowledge in several areas of research administration and compliance, including the conduct and administration of clinical trials, sponsored projects administration, conflicts of interest compliance, human participant research, and other research management and compliance areas is required. Leadership, supervisory, and team management experience, preferably at a research or hospital facility is required.
