The Manager, Occupational Therapy assumes overall responsibilities for the Occupational Therapy Program within a specific Kennedy Department including program development and daily operations, administrative support, quality improvement projects and compliance, and staff education. The incumbent will additionally provide direct patient care, supervise and mentor occupational therapists at various levels, maintain documentation relative to services offered; and participate in intra-and interdisciplinary training programs.
