The Employee Relations Specialist manages and resolves employee relations issues through investigations, mediation, and collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and legal counsel. The incumbent will provide guidance on policies and employment law, support termination processes, represent the organization in unemployment hearings, and recommend updates to Human Resources practices and procedures. Additionally, this position assists with disciplinary documentation and partners with Learning & Development to support training initiatives.
The Facilities Engineer will assist departmental leadership in day-to-day management, implementation and oversight of preventative maintenance, and testing and repairs associated with all Environment of Care requirements. This staff member will identify needs; research, obtain, coordinate, and implement solutions to aid efficient operations and growth; and coordinate with external consultants and contractors. The Supervisor, Care Center will assist the manager in daily operations. THIS POSITION WILL FLOAT BETWEEN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND HAVE VARYING HOURS.
