The Clinical Director, CBDH will work to provide clinical, administrative, and academic leadership with a focus on advancing measurement-based, patient and family centered care and evidence-based psychotherapeutic practice within the Center for Developmental Behavioral Health and ensure the quality and safety of services delivered. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Center’s program directors and disciplinary leaders in Social Work, Psychology, and Nursing to build subspecialized interdisciplinary clinical teams, assign clinical cases, monitor clinical productivity, optimize clinician application of the electronic medical record, and ensure proper documentation and billing practices in keeping with expected ethical, regulatory, and practice standards. The Community Outreach Coordinator will support outreach, community education, and awareness services in the Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI). The incumbent will assist in dissemination of CASSI research, clinical, and education-related opportunities and advances in the community and will work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain and strategically advance the department’s online and offline materials (e.g., website content, newsletters, flyers, infographics, social media assets, etc.). With guidance from the Assistant Director, CASSI Community Programs and in collaboration with CASSI’s Outreach & Training department, this position will serve as the primary contact for research and community partnership initiatives established through CASSI’s Community Programs.
The Director, Facilities Operations is responsible for preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects involving existing facilities and infrastructure. This position provides overall life-cycle project management with responsibility to provide expertise, coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will maintain project schedules and budgets and help keep assigned projects on track by making recommendations to the Assistant Vice President on technical matters, deviations, alternate methods, procedures, planning, efficiency, and economy. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Planning and Engineering to plan and maintain Institute efficiency and compliance.
The Education Technical Assistance Specialist will provide high quality training and technical assistance to early childhood care and education providers and teachers enrolled as participants in CARD community programs and research studies.
The incumbent will conduct classroom observations, identify professional development goals in collaboration with early childhood teachers, identify and deliver evidence-based strategies and interventions, provide consultation and coaching to teachers, deliver trainings and workshops, and evaluate program outcomes through assessment and progress monitoring.
This position may take on additional responsibilities such as project coordination, material and resource development/preparation, and data coding and/or analysis.
The Financial Clearance Team Leader serves as the lead verification specialist for team-designated responsibilities and tasks. The Financial Clearance Team Leader will provide support and assistance to a team of Insurance Verification Specialists (IVSs) and share knowledge formally and informally in both individual and group instruction. This position will serve as a resource to their IVS Team for special insurance verification cases and for gaining insurance clearance in difficult situations.

The Program Coordinator will be primarily responsible for research and administrative coordinator duties for the Office of Health, Equity, and Inclusion (O-HEID) and the Center for Diversity in Public Health Leadership Training. Responsibilities will include program, mentors, and student data collection; datatracking and inputting; creation of data reports; ensuring data integrity; coordination of data needs development of data systems and processes; provision of data in publishable formats; assisting with mentorship of Center for Diversity scholars; and provision of some administrative services for the ChiefDiversity Officer, Program Director, and Assistant Director of O-HEID. This position will coordinate the production of videos for the Learning Management System, coordinate O-HEID and Center for Diversity meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes, and manage schedules for the Chief Director and othermembers of the O-HEID and Center for Diversity leadership.

The Patient Services, NBU Programs, oversees the In/Outpatient admissions process for the NeuroBehavioral In and Outpatient Programs, including guiding families through the admission process, obtaining third party payer authorizations/recertifications; managing program waiting lists; maintaining contact with all members of the interdisciplinary team, referral sources and families as necessary.
