The Financial Analyst II independently performs a variety of financial tasks, to include collecting, analyzing, and preparing financial data and reports to support the Manager, Business Operations and Director, Clinical Operations. The Supervisor, Care Center will assist the manager in daily operations. THIS POSITION WILL FLOAT BETWEEN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND HAVE VARYING HOURS. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of the Care Center Specialists and Care Center Specialist II. The Senior Care Center Coordinator will interact with patients, families, clinicians, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner. Emphasis is placed on adhering to high standards of customer service.

The Supervisor, Patient Services supervises all aspects of Clinical Assistant performance, intentionally conducts regular meetings with staff to foster active employee engagement, to encourage professional development and to problem solve matters based on individual circumstances. Provides unit leadership, consistently applies unit standards and policies, and works collaboratively with other members of the NBU to ensure successful program implementation.
