The Help Desk Associate provides prompt and efficient front line support for customers of the Information Systems (IS) department at the Institute. The incumbent is responsible for answering, logging, and tracking calls placed to the Institute’s phone support line; resolving problems or questions related to IS applications supported by the IS department; and providing maintenance of user accounts on the PC network and other applicable systems.
The LAN AdministratorI is responsible for providing end-user support, problem resolution, and service request actions for desktop workstations, laptops, PDA’s, software applications, peripherals, and Windows Operating Systems. The LAN Administrator I is responsible for the integrity and security of various servers, server software and user files, and manages the implementation and integration of new products, enterprise software releases, and upgrades. This position will respond in timely fashion to Helpdesk calls relating to computer business applications and general systems issues.
The Manager, Systems Engineering supervises the production activities of the Institute’s enterprise operations infrastructure, including file servers, disaster recovery, remote access strategy, endpoint security, mobile device management, and cloud services. In addition to overseeing these activities, the Manager, Systems Engineering oversees the processes and personnel management of the Engineering team.
The Project Manager, Information Systems (PMIS) manages projects related to quality improvement initiatives throughout the Institute. The PMIS facilitates all phases of the project life cycle through coordination, communication and documentation according to project management office standard operating procedures.
