The Recreational Activities Staff I is responsible for assisting with the implementation of therapeutic and recreational activities for Neurobehavioral Unit (NBU) inpatients and assisting with the implementation of research protocols on the NBU.

The Recreational Activities Staff II maintains the overall therapeutic milieu for patients in CL/TR activity programs.   The Recreational Activities Staff work predominantly in the evenings and weekends, planning and facilitating social recreational activities for the inpatient population, which support their psychosocial and developmental needs

The Rehabilitation Technician will transfer and transport patients and provide patient care under direct supervision of a clinician within the policies and procedures of KKI and the departmental program and in accordance with Laws and Regulations of the State of Maryland. The Research Assistant I will conduct rehabilitation research, data collection, analysis, and interpretation for various research studies and grants. This position focuses on pediatric brain injury, under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Neuropsychology.
