The Insurance Verification Specialist I (IVS I) will obtain, clarify, and confirm outpatient benefits, ensuring maximum and prompt payment of services rendered by the referral source and KKI triage staff. This professional will provide excellent customer service to patients/families, health insurance representatives, internal/external providers, clinics, and other Institute staff.

The Intake Specialist I will answer the KKI central referral line and gather and document patient clinical, demographic, and insurance information. This person represents the Institute as a key point of contact for external and internal customers and will provide prompt, courteous customer service to all callers.  

The Intake SpecialistII will assist new and returning families with scheduling an initial appointment for services in the appropriate clinic. The incumbent will interact with clients, families, clinicians, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner while adhering to high standards of customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.  

The LAN Administrator I is responsible for providing end-user support, problem resolution, and service request actions for desktop workstations, laptops, PDA’s, software applications, peripherals, and Windows Operating Systems. The LAN Administrator I is responsible for the integrity and security of various servers, server software and user files, and manages the implementation and integration of new products, enterprise software releases, and upgrades.
