The Physical Therapist IV (Senior) will take on a multifaceted role that includes patient care, education, clinical research, and data quality improvement initiatives. The position demands a dynamic individual capable of developing and overseeing therapeutic programs, as well as guiding interdisciplinary teams and community partners towards achieving clinical excellence.

The Senior Research Coordinator in the Clinical Trials Unit will be primarily responsible for complex project management for multiple research studies related to psychiatric conditions in pediatric patients. Activities include but are not limited to project execution, implementation, daily administration and close out for multiple research studies.  The Senior Research Coordinator will ensure precise implementation of and adherence to study protocol, create all study documentation, oversee operating procedures, timelines, IRB applications, data preparation, and other research-related activities. In addition to operational management of multiple research studies, the Senior Research Coordinator will see patients participating in ongoing clinical trials, and will be responsible for specimen collection, processing, and DOT/ IATA compliant handling and shipment.  

The Social WorkerII provides clinical care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This includes mental health and medically-focused psychosocial evaluations; therapeutic interventions; and coordination of care under supervision of a board registered supervisor. The Social Worker II participates on client & family centered interdisciplinary teams reflecting strengths and needs of the client consistent with the values and principles of the practice of social work. The Social Worker II may be involved in training activities, outreach, and research as members of interdisciplinary programs and the department.This position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate after-school, and some early evening appointments.   40 hours per week, Onsite, 801 Outpatient Location.

  The Social Worker II provides clinical social work services to students and their families and develops Mental Health Individual Education Program (IEP) goals and implements those goals as outlined. Outpatient Spina Bifida Program - Offering $10,000 sign-on bonus.   We are interviewing Social Workers (LMSW), to work with pediatric and adult patients and families in our Spina Bifida Program. Patients receive initial evaluations and follow-up services from collaborating professionals. Social workers focus on psychosocial aspects of treatment of the whole patient. Social work services include assessment and interventions, coordination of care, resource finding and linkage, supporting the patient and family in understanding and adjusting to team recommendations and providing risk assessments/safety plans to patients that screen positive on a suicide screening.
