The Supervisor, Patient Services, NBU Programs, oversees the In/Outpatient admissions process for the NeuroBehavioral In and Outpatient Programs, including guiding families through the admission process, obtaining third party payer authorizations/recertifications; managing program waiting lists; maintaining contact with all members of the interdisciplinary team, referral sources and families as necessary.

The position is jointly responsible to - and supervised by - both the Digital Transformation team and the Neuropsychology department. The Therapeutic Assistant I will implement instructional programs and evidence-based treatment protocols in a classroom (group, dyad, and 1:1) setting under the oversight of the Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, the MICC Teacher, or Speech-Language Pathologist. The NBU Treatment Specialist will provide oversight and feedback to Clinical Assistants in the implementation of treatment protocols as well as other behavioral and safety protocols. The Treatment Specialist will work in conjunction with behavioral teams to learn protocols and facilitate training of treatment protocols and procedures to Clinical Assistants and caregivers.
The Weekend Program Instructor will provide sports instruction for a variety of seasonal sports and environments. The incumbent will assist teach and lead participants in learning and participating in various sports and activities across multiple age groups, ensuring equipment is kept in good condition and ready for participant use, and help ensure safety of participants in programs.
*This position works on Saturdays.
