The Pre-Kindergarten Teacher will use evidence-based treatment methods for preschoolers at heightened risk for or diagnosed with developmental delays. This staff member will provide on-site early childhood developmental enrichment/education and interventions to enrolled children. Instruction will be differentiated to learner needs, and aligned with the curriculum. The Program Specialist I is responsible for coordinating the on-boarding of all Fellows, Trainees and Work Study Students including processing payroll, appointments, benefits, visas, orientations, etc. This staff member is responsible for creating/tracking the annual stipend budget, developing/updating all registration and orientation materials, training end users in the trainee on-boarding process and developing all Policies and Procedures relevant to the position and maintaining same on the Kennedy Krieger Institute Intranet.  This staff member will coordinate the Trainee Exit Process, all Training Affiliations and Letters of Agreements, the work of the Training Administration and Curriculum Committee (TACC), and works closely with the NIRS Coordinator to ensure comprehensive tracking of current and former trainees.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I functions as a healthcare provider, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team, to provide psychiatric/mental health care to patients.
