The Assistant Professor (Senior Clinical Director) will supervise and has responsibility for program development and clinical services delivered by faculty and non-faculty clinicians at CARD under the guidance of the Director of CARD. The incumbent will collaborate to develop and implement clinical and training budgets. This person is responsible for developing, with clinical discipline supervisors, evidence-based fidelity of implementation systems that generate adherence and quality of implementation metrics for clinical care and training. The incumbent will establish clinical research protocols and collaborate with the informatics team to generate the associated informatics and analytic systems for these protocols. This person is responsible for the oversight of all CARD satellite supervisors. This person is responsible for, with the Director, establishing and monitoring metrics that ensure effective functioning of the Director of Clinical Operations. The incumbent will collaborate with the Director to establish and monitor an Institute-wide autism assessment quality assurance programs. This person is responsible for developing and supervising clinical training programs within CARD and provides direct clinical and consultation services within CARD as requested.
