The Adaptive Aquatics and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all matters related to the aquatics and fitness program.
This position will supervise and safely implement all student water-based and land-based activities, staff training, pool and fitness area maintenance, and equipment procurement.
The incumbent will also provide leadership, direction, and guidance to staff members assigned to support students in the pool and other fitness activities.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the department with routine administrative tasks. This position regularly corresponds with families and contributes through following established business processes, systems, and procedures. The incumbent will complete forms, order and distribute supplies, coordinate meeting logistics, and assist with the onboarding of New Hires, Students, and Fellows

The incumbent will assist and support the Administrative Services Coordinator II (Staffing and Office Coordinator) with the coordination and completion of administrative duties in the school setting and will complete duties as prioritized in coordination with the supervisor.
