The Facilities Engineer will assist departmental leadership in day-to-day management, implementation and oversight of preventative maintenance, and testing and repairs associated with all Environment of Care requirements. This staff member will identify needs; research, obtain, coordinate, and implement solutions to aid efficient operations and growth; and coordinate with external consultants and contractors. The Facilities Engineer may be expected to work outside of standard working hours as needed. This staff member is considered an essential employee and is expected to report to work during weather emergencies.

The Help Desk Associate provides prompt and efficient front line support for customers of the Information Systems (IS) department at the Institute. The incumbent is responsible for answering, logging, and tracking calls placed to the Institute’s phone support line; resolving problems or questions related to IS applications supported by the IS department; and providing maintenance of user accounts on the PC network and other applicable systems.
The Insurance Verification Specialist I (IVS I) will obtain, clarify, and confirm outpatient benefits, ensuring maximum and prompt payment of services rendered by the referral source and KKI triage staff. This professional will provide excellent customer service to patients/families, health insurance representatives, internal/external providers, clinics, and other Institute staff.
The Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist administers the Institute’s LOA program. The incumbent is the primary contact for employees and their managers on all requests related to educational, medical, military, and personal leaves of absence. This position reviews requests in compliance with company policies regarding leave (such as short- and long-term disability and workers compensation) as well as applicable state and federal regulations (including FMLA and ADAA). The incumbent will utilize leave data, generate reports, for case management purposes to and identify trends to drive continuous improvement are key aspects of the role
