The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of the Care Center Specialists and Care Center Specialist II. The Supervisor, Patient Services supervises all aspects of Clinical Assistant performance, intentionally conducts regular meetings with staff to foster active employee engagement, to encourage professional development and to problem solve matters based on individual circumstances. Provides unit leadership, consistently applies unit standards and policies, and works collaboratively with other members of the NBU to ensure successful program implementation.
The Switchboard Operator (Receptionist) is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls on the Institute’s main switchboard, including the TTY, 800 numbers, and international calls, in a courteous and professional manner. The incumbent will provide clerical/receptionist support to the department and will be a key point of contact for external and internal customers.
