The Administrative Assistant (Triage) will perform a variety of administrative duties, to include answering phones, retrieving and routing phone and email messages to the appropriate department Clinical Services Coordinator, support meetings, and organize materials. This position is expected to interact with patients, families, clinicians, and CASSI staff in a courteous and professional manner.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the department with routine administrative tasks. This position regularly corresponds with families and contributes through following established business processes, systems, and procedures. The incumbent will complete forms, order and distribute supplies, coordinate meeting logistics, and assist with the onboarding of New Hires, Students, and Fellows   *This is a part time position 

The Administrative Services Coordinator Iwill fulfill a supportive role in the operations of the department.
