The Occupational Therapist II is an intermediate level clinician that will perform evaluation and subsequent planning, execution, and supervision of therapy programs for persons with sensory motor or neuromotor dysfunction. The incumbent will participate in intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary training programs for affiliating students, staff, and community agencies; provide clinical supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Rehabilitation Aides, and occupational therapy students/volunteers; and maintain appropriate patient records. The incumbent will begin to demonstrate advanced proficiency in one or more areas of clinical specialization and will work with the leadership team to develop and implement staff training programs related to clinical specialization. This position will participate in coordinating specific program functions that may include a student-training program, performance improvement projects, or staff training and orientation.

Minimum three years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist required, with a minimum of two years of pediatric/rehab specialty.
