The Speech-Language Pathologist I is an early career professional who provides direct patient/student care for assessing and treating communication (i.e., speech, language, literacy), cognitive/learning, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing disorders. This position will provide speech-language pathology (SLP) services in accordance with departmental, regulatory, and their program-specific function*, maintain documentation related to services offered, and participate in intra- and interdisciplinary training programs. (*e.g., school-based positions: services are implemented as detailed in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for each student).
