Overview

The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous, professional and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support, facilities support, research support, educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support—including filing, data entry, scheduling assistance, and general office tasks—to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Assist with facilities tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining departmental work areas, and supporting operational logistics.
  • Support research and/or educational activities by preparing materials, assisting program staff, and contributing to assigned project tasks.
  • Work within a clinical setting to support patient care teams by performing supervised, non‑clinical duties that help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Individuals must be currently enrolled in a high school education program or equivalent at the junior or senior level or a current undergraduate student.

 

Qualifying candidates are students in high school (16 years or older before their start date AND going into 11th or 12th grade) or college students (undergraduate only and cannot be graduating Spring or Summer 2026).

Minimum pay range

USD $15.00/Hr.

Maximum pay range

USD $16.00/Hr.
