The Psychology Associate II will assist the Psychologist in providing clinical services, supervision, and case management for in/outpatient cases as specified by the Director of the inpatient service, outpatient clinic, or Department Head. This position will collaborate with department staff and supervisors, as well as other internal Institute departments as needed. The incumbent will participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating assigned department staff as well as participate in programs of systematic research.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be approved as a Psychology Associate by the Maryland Board of Psychologists.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
EDUCATION:
• Master’s degree in psychology required.
• Degree in applied behavior analysis is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum five years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting working with children with and without disabilities required.
• Minimum two years of experience providing behavior analysis assessment and treatments required.
• Must have experience in conducting research and communicating research findings via professional conferences, peer reviewed journals, seminars, etc.
