Overview

The Program Coordinator will be primarily responsible for research and administrative coordinator duties for the Center for Excellence in Public Health Leadership. Responsibilities will include program, mentors, and student data collection; data tracking and inputting; creation of data reports; ensuring data
integrity; coordination of data needs development of data systems and processes; provision of data in publishable formats; assisting with mentorship of Center for Excellence scholars; and provision of some administrative services for the VP, Director of Operations, and Assistant Director of Office for
Excellence. This position will produce videos for the Learning Management System, coordinate the Center for Excellence meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes, and manage schedules for the Senior Director and other Center for Excellence leadership members.

Responsibilities

1.  Input, organize, and maintain data for the Center for Excellence programs and participants while ensuring adherence to systems and operating procedures.
2. Track Qualtrics and other survey data collection and results.
3. Coordinate with public health leaders, researchers, mentors, and Center for Excellence graduates to improve, organize, produce, and edit maternal and child health videos and public health publications in the Learning Management system.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data input to various databases.
5. Review student applications.
6. Assist with data visualization and organization, as well as the production of user-friendly findings summaries (including graphs, tables, and written documentation).
7. Organize summaries of data projects for the Center for Excellence team.
8. Collaborate with the Senior Director, Director of Operations, Research Manager, and Program Manager of the Center for Excellence to prepare data for inclusion in documents such as grant proposals, academic manuscripts, and funding agencies' reports.
9. Assist with providing professional, academic, and research mentorship to Center for Excellence students.
10. Schedule meetings for the Senior Director, Director of Operations, and Assistant Directors.
11. Maintain a journal, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders for the Center for Excellence.
12. Manage shared stock rooms and/or scholar/trainee materials libraries.
13. Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person meetings using appropriate platforms.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Public Health preferred.


EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum three (3) years of database management experience required

Minimum pay range

USD $56,157.50/Yr.

Maximum pay range

USD $97,597.76/Yr.
