The Manager, Marketing (Community, Education, and Behavioral Health Program Communications) facilitates and manages marketing efforts to increase awareness and engagement, for the Institute with a focus on community, neurodiversity and post-secondary programs, education, and behavioral programs, as well as partnership initiatives, and special projects. This position will oversee marketing programs and work with the Director, Marketing and the Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Communications in research/planning, campaign development, program/project management and tracking/reporting.
1. Proactively recommend, guide and manage marketing communication efforts for the Institute’s community, post-secondary programs/neurodiversity, education, and behavioral programs, as well as special projects and partnership initiatives.
2. Guide and manage goal setting, category research, stakeholder surveys, target audience segmentation, and identification of key performance indicators to ensure that all projects/campaigns are evidenced-based and strategically grounded.
3. Work in tandem with the Director, Marketing, the Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Communications, and internal/external creative teams to oversee the creative development process ensuring marketing communications messages are strategically driven and aligned with the Institute’s mission and brand.
4. Strategically develop, review and manage appropriate strategies/tactics for marketing of programs (including advertising, collateral materials, direct mail, professional events, video, and digital/email/web marketing efforts), ensuring all efforts are effective, delivered on time, and within budget.
5. Track, analyze, and provide regular reporting of all marketing communications efforts to understand the impact, Return On Investment (ROI), and overall success based on the metrics and key performance indicators identified during the planning process.
6. Manage all marketing communications campaign planning, development, and management for special projects on an as needed basis.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, communications, English, Digital Media, Journalism, Liberal Arts or related field required.
• Master’s degree or graduate work in related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an advertising, marketing or communications related role required.
• Healthcare, non-profit, search engine marketing, advertising agency, and management experience preferred.
