The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous, professional, and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support, facilities support, research support, educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.

1. Assist with reviewing, organizing, and scanning study records and preparing them for storage.
2. Assist with administrative tasks and organization of departmental documents for the Clinical Trials Unit.
3. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
4. Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
5. Shadow clinical research activities and gain insights into the clinical trial process.

EDUCATION:

• Individual must be currently enrolled in a current college undergraduate student program.
