Overview

The Program Coordinator (Business Operations) will assist the department Administrator with coordination of business operations for Behavioral Psychology, with a particular focus on Payroll and Human Resources functions.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Responding to inquiries regarding Institute policies and procedures from department staff.
  2. Liaise with the Payroll and Human Resources departments. Maintain working knowledge of relevant policies and procedures and seek clarification as needed to address departmental issues/concerns.
  3. Generate and maintain department employee files. Ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
  4. Assist supervisors with monitoring employee attendance through time clock reporting, verification, and approval. Resolve logistical problems that affect department payroll and human resources processes.
  5. Collaborate with the Data Analyst to collect and analyze data related to attendance, turnover, recruitment, and training for the department.
  6. Assess business processes, workflow, record keeping, financial reporting, and other areas of potential deficiency for all Behavioral Psychology programs.
  7. Monitor and maintain record keeping systems. Analyze data to provide recommendations to program directors.
  8. Meet regularly with Administrator to review department performance and drive input regarding program enhancement.
  9. Coordinate planning and implementation activities for program expansion, including off-site programs.
  10. Coordinate performance appraisal process for department and assist staff as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a concentration in business or human resources.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum three years of administrative experience required.
  • Previous payroll experience required.

Minimum pay range

USD $54,409.89/Yr.

Maximum pay range

USD $94,461.74/Yr.
