The Clinical Social Worker II provides attachment-based and trauma-informed infant and early childhood mental health services onsite in classroom-based setting, via telehealth, in the home, and/or other community locations to children and families participating in all components of the Early Childhood Education programs. This includes covering all programs at the Tudsbury location and collaboration with personnel at the Southeast Early Head Start program. The incumbent will provide programmatic support, consultation to other team members, and improve families’ access to multi-disciplinary specialists and other community resources as needed. This position will demonstrate leadership in clinical services; assist department leadership with training, program development, and other special projects contributing to the quality and growth of the department; and may also be responsible for performance improvement and program evaluation activities. The incumbent may supervise licensed graduate social workers and social work interns as needed.
