The Financial Analyst I will provide financial analysis, monitoring, reporting, and administrative support for the Manager of Medical Program Operations, Director of Clinical Services, and the Manager of Administrative Services.

1. Review expenditures, salary expenses, and maintain databases as necessary for department by programs/clinics.
2. Reconcile KKI’s monthly salary and revenue reports to department databases, analyze discrepancies, prepare and process adjustments as needed.
3. Maintain productivity databases and prepare productivity and financial reports.
4. Assist Manager of Medical Program Operations with the development of departmental budgets; research historical finance data as needed; maintain knowledge of all department systems, reports and processes.
5. Perform cost and resource analyses as requested.
6. Provide administrative support to the Manager of Medical Program Operations, Director of Clinical Services, and the Manager of Administrative Services.
7. Process Workspace transactions.
8. Function as back-up for the Medical Program Operations Manager as necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

2- 3 years of experience in accounting, business administration/management, or database management preferred.
