  • Overview

    the Administrative Services Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating a variety of routine departmental or programmatic functions.  The incumbent provides management with support to achieve operational goals and objectives. This staff member contributes through following established business processes, systems, and procedures. 


    1. Provide administrative services to include managing and directing telephone calls/faxes to the appropriate providers/KKI employees, copying, collating/organizing materials, filing, equipment and resource maintenance, mail distribution, stocking staff lounge materials, order supplies and submittal of facilities requests.
    2. Enter purchase related information into RQC/XM (KKI Workspace). To include staff reimbursement requests, purchase requests, petty cash and business cards.
    3. Maintain the Kronos payroll system and collaborate with Human Resources and the Payroll team to ensure that transactions and system processes are completed accurately and timely.
    4. Provide support as needed and serve as the Care Center representative for all front-end clinical operations.
    5. Work with and provide input for on-going assessment and adjustment of care center systems and processes with providers/therapists, the Director and Manager to identify clinical organization and process improvement opportunities.
    6. Assist in all aspects of CARD conferences and other CARD Odenton trainings and events.
    7. Organize and prepare materials for VIP visits to CARD Odenton as well as maintain correspondence with VIPs.




    • High School diploma or GED is required.
    • Associates degree, or equivalent college credits, is preferred.



    • A minimum of two years related experience is required.
    • Administrative support experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred.
    • Some experience with developmentally disabled patients is preferred.
