    Medical Director, Pediatric Feeding Disorders Program (Physician)

    Baltimore, MD

     

    The Pediatric Feeding Disorders Program at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland is searching for a talented Medical Director for our growing clinical and research program. We are seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician or Developmental Pediatrician with a focus in feeding disorders and complex care. The Medical Director will be a leading member of an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary team of professionals that oversee the clinical, research and training segments of the feeding program. Responsibilities for the Pediatric Feeding Disorders Program Medical Director, in addition to direct patient care, will include medical team oversight and leadership, oversight of related outpatient clinics and inpatient services, and serving as liaison with consulting physicians.

    Responsibilities

    The Medical Director will develop and lead a complex care program serving patients, who may present clinically with developmental neurologic feeding issues, within a multidisciplinary team.

    Qualifications

    Qualified applicants will be an M.D and eligible for faculty appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as an Assistant, Associate, or full Professor, depending upon qualifications. 

    Excellent salary and full benefits are offered, including partial college tuition remission for faculty member dependents (at any college) and tuition remission for faculty members, spouses and dependents for course work performed at the Johns Hopkins University and the Peabody Music Institute.
