the Administrative Manager provides administrative oversight of Outpatient Services including departmental Care Center activities.
Provide administrative oversight of Outpatient Services as specified by the Dept. Head.
Manage administrative support staff (Care Center Team Leader and Specialists); including training, scheduling, and all aspects of performance management.
Conduct in-depth analyses of Behavioral Psychology Inpatient and Outpatient programs, including assessment of business processes, work flow, record keeping, financial reporting, and areas of deficiency, developing and implementing approved improvements.
Review and document departmental and program-specific data and trends with Dept. Head.
Develop, implement, monitor and maintain functional accounting systems that provide critical information regarding revenue, billings, collections, staff performance, etc., as well as highlight key indicators of problem areas.
Meet monthly with Inpatient and Outpatient faculty to review and address individual clinic performance.
Serve as liaison between various departments within KKI (Patient Accounting, Care Management Office and Finance).
Assist in training program for Behavioral Psychology Outpatient pre-doctoral interns.
Maintain all compliance requirements for reimbursement for Mental Health Services.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business Management or Hospital Administration required.
Minimum of five years exempt-level administrative experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and supervision of staff, preferably in the health care field is required.
