    the Administrative Services Coordinator I will provide administrative support for the CARD clinic, Clinical Director, and CARD providers.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide administrative services for the Clinical Director and CARD providers to include; scheduling, preparing presentations, copying collating, and organizing materials. Complete basic secretarial duties to include mail distribution, filing and equipment and resource maintenance and upkeep.
    2. Assist providers with the completion of forms/correspondence and send information to medical records and patients.
    3. Assist with managing incoming clinic calls, scheduling tours, and sending emails on behalf of the Clinical Director.
    4. Develop agendas for clinical meetings and distribute notes/meeting minutes to the CARD clinic team.
    5. Maintain the treatment room scheduling and the provider calendar.
    6. Update databases and assist with payroll activities.
    7. Act as a liaison between providers and patients receiving services at the clinic.
    8. Provide assistance with building operations and provide administrative support to the Manager, Administrative Operations as needed.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • AA degree or equivalent education is highly preferred.

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    A minimum of two years satisfactory administrative support experience in a clinical or pediatric setting is required.
