the Occupational Therapist IV will evaluate and subsequently plan and execute programs for children with neuro-motor, sensory integration, autism, developmental delay and emotional disturbances. The OT IV will work with and supervise occupational therapists and assistants and participate in intradisciplinary and interdisciplinary training programs for affiliating students, staff, and trainees. The OT IV will consistently maintain appropriate student and department records. Administrative supervisory responsibilities include ensuring compliance with departmental and organizational policies and procedures, performance appraisals, goals setting, progressive discipline, work/leave schedules and day-to-day workplace interventions and problem resolution. Responsible for at least one specific clinical/research/administrative component within the Department.
